β β β β β Very nice swimming pool. On Saturdays and Sunday they have family hours from 0800 to 1000 and 1000 to 1200. Great experience with a lot of toys for kids to play in the water. Finding a place to park may be a little bit difficult but in the nearby areas the parking is free up to 1200.

β β β β β very bad customer service. impossible to find a competent employee to talk over the phone. each time I called them, all the employees answered with the same message : "Please call Tuesday between 13:00 and 15:00". Outside of this time slot, it is impossible to reach someone able to help a customer. I don't recommend anyone to buy any subscription at this swimming pool. Webshop is also pretty bad and it doesn't work correctly when doing a simple reservation.

β β β β β Good pool. Quite clean. Sometimes some hairs in the water. Changing areas is always clean. Lockers cost 20 cents. Prices a bit much for students.
Water temperature is nice. Not too cold.
During lane hour quite busy. Fastest lane is really slow.

β β β β β Nice pool, clean and all, but gets really busy during banenzwemmen times, even early in the morning on a weekend, or mid day in the week.

β β β β β Lots of racist members there. Every time we swam by they kept saying 'Ni Hao'. Very uncomfortable environment. It's sad you don't feel welcome at this place.
The sauna was a good addition.

β β β β β I've been going here since I was a little kid and not much has changed, but the pool is still in good shape, despite its age. It is 6 euros entrance fee, which I find quite expensive. Additional 20 cents for a locker. It can get quite crowded since the pool is not very large. But on the plus side, a 25 metre swimming pool 5 minutes from home with free Turkish steam room included has its advantages as well.
