It's heated, so it's not too cold during the winter.
The changing rooms are nice, ample and clean. There are also showers, and places to sit while watching people play.
The lines in the floor are a complete chaos, at least to play indoor football. Also, the ceiling has some "holes" in the beams - places where the ball can get stuck.
It's quite far from the city centre (about 10km biking from Centraal), but it's just by the tram stop.
