★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Britt is een collega van mij. Ik liep al lang met klachten in mijn schouders rond, ik was al naar een fysiotherapeut geweest maar heeft niet geholpen. Ik ben uiteindelijk naar Britt gegaan ze heeft me enorm geholpen! De klachten zijn na een keer al een stuk minder. Ze vraagt duidelijk wat je probleem is zodat ze je zo goed mogelijk kan helpen.
 Britt is a colleague of mine. I had been around for a long time with complaints in my shoulders, I had already visited a physiotherapist but did not help. I finally went to Britt, she helped me a lot! After a while the complaints are a lot less. She clearly asks what your problem is so that she can help you as well as possible.

Britt is een heel positief ingestelde coach die goed aangeeft wat er verwacht wordt tijdens een training. Duidelijke instructies en tips tijdens het uitvoeren zorgen ervoor dat ik oefeningen snel onder de knie krijg en niet verslap in de techniek.

I ended up at Britt Lamers to improve my running technique. My goal is to be able to walk 10 km in half a year. Coordination and condition are parts where the emphasis is on me.
Britt is a very positive coach who clearly indicates what is expected during a training. Clear instructions and tips during the execution ensure that I get the hang of exercises quickly and do not relax in the technique.
