Het systeem op afspraak voorkomt heel veel wachttijd en ergernis. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Been twice now and two very well helped, friendly and welcoming. Appointment was just in time with a cup of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor het aanvragen van BSN wou mevrouw in kwestie mij niet helpen, daarbij zeer onvriendelijk. Ik kreeg zelfs de opmerking 'Wat blijf je hier eigenlijk aan mijn balie zitten?'.
Daardoor was ik genoodzaakt om naar Breda te rijden waar ik zonder enig probleem heel vriendelijk werd geholpen aan een BSN.
The lady in question did not want to help me to apply for a BSN, very unfriendly. I even got the comment 'What are you actually sitting here at my desk?'.
As a result, I was forced to drive to Breda where I was helped very friendly with a BSN without any problem.
