★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man schon trotz Lockdown Termine machen muss um seine Papiere abzuholen, dann bitte nicht 1 Monat später. Man konnte schon bzgl der Feiertage nichts machen weil zu und muss sich nur für eine einfache Abholung noch einen Monat gedulden. So hätte unsereins mal arbeiten sollen. Tuen Die überhaupt noch was? Bin total sauer.
If you have to make appointments to pick up your papers despite the lockdown, then please not 1 month later. You couldn't do anything about the holidays because it was closed and you just have to wait another month for a simple pickup. This is how we should have worked. Are they doing anything at all? I'm totally mad.

Parkplätze vorhanden, Toiletten im Gegensatz zu Rees sauber.,kein Vandalismus. Ein Wallfahrtsort für Pilger und Reisende
Great city administration, nice, friendly, personal, citizen-oriented. Solid appearance recommended, water available. Good takeaway food in the surrounding restaurant. Parking spaces available, toilets clean in contrast to Rees., No vandalism. A place of pilgrimage for pilgrims and travelers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich nur auf den von mir schon des öfteren besuchten Teil der Stadtverwaltung beziehen, hier das Standesamt. Nach vorhergehender telefonischer Terminabsprache und dem Beibringen von gescannten Unterlagen per e-Mail war hier ein Aufenthalt von maximal 5 Minuten erforderlich. Der Standesbeamte wirft noch einmal einen Blick auf die Originalunterlagen, die zuvor als e-Mail gesendet wurden, rechnet die erforderlichen Gebühren ab, und schon konnte ich das Haus verlassen. Es sind bisher immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter anzutreffen. prima so und DANKE! ?☺
I can only refer to the part of the city administration that I have often visited, here the registry office. After making an appointment by phone and bringing scanned documents by email, a stay of a maximum of 5 minutes was required. The registrar takes one more look at the original documents previously emailed, settles the required fees, and I was able to leave the house. So far, you can always find friendly and helpful employees. great and THANK YOU! ?☺
