Active, friendly, comfortable place to chat with drinks. It's in a nice mall, Stadshart, so you can shop as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very popular Starbucks in the Amstelveen shopping mall but they are always so understaffed!! I went in on a Saturday afternoon at 2 and there was 25 people waiting in line and only one cashier and one barista. On top of that they are also taking care of online delivery orders. Management please hire more people it’s a bad experience for customers to wait 30mins for one drink and worse for the employees you are overworking!! Please improve!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was permanent client of this Starbucks, but after today I will not go there anymore. 20 minutes in line (have no idea why so long), and when it was my turn, iPad didn't read my corona qr-code (while it was already successfully read couple days ago in same Starbucks). The cashier said that in this case I have no rights to seat. In the app was written that I vaccinated 2 times, but he said "I don't mind, code is unable". I went to McDonald's and they checked my code successfully.
20 minutes in waiting line to hear that I'm not able to seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average Starbucks with a usual average coffee. The interior is also not the most comfortable and Starbucks is starting to feel a little dated and sick in its'past I fear. Not the fault of this particular shop as it's obviously a corporate image issue.
The coffee is reasonable, prices are ok, there is food. The place is clean and staff nice and friendly. So nothing wrong with it. Just not a place that I'd say is special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a while for them to get our order ready , despite there was not crowded. Everyone was working on same thing instead of giving each customer to one person. It was like a chaos. Also we went there near the end of the working hours, so after just 5 minutes we finally got our coffee they said we have to leave so we did but when we were leaving they sold coffee to new customer and they just sat on the table we were sitting, no body told them to leave. Felt like discrimination or something. The coffee was good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service could be faster but everyone is always occupied so there's not much they can do to make the line go fast. If you want fast coffee, you can go to Hema right next door. Good quality coffee, long wait - I don't mind.
