The owner/manager is very helpful and managed to get me reliable tenants in a short period of time. Whenever I ask her a question the answer comes quick, and I have very little to worry about. Additionally she has good market insights whenever I asked. All in all she managed to find a great solution for me. Being satisfied with Amstel housing I have recommended this agency to friends of mine in the past and would surely advise anyone looking to rent out their place in the future to work with her.

We are in a unique position because we have 3 dogs and 2 cats and rented our first place because of the space. Needless to say it did not work out and we were a little frantic about finding another place. Laura at Amstel Housing worked with our situation with a homeowner to help us get into our current place, which is beautiful and with great space for the dogs. She made the process seamless abs has helped at every step of the way!
