Der nette Herr Antoon kam sogar aus Holland extra nach deutschland, um den Mangel vor Ort perfekt zu beheben. Ich kann Bahnhof 7 bzw. Station 7 nur weiterempfehlen! Ein tolles Team und schöne Möbel. the service and advice was very very good. Even in the case of a minor defect, we were helped quickly and unbureaucratically! The nice Mr. Antoon even came to Germany from Holland to perfectly remedy the shortage on site. I can only recommend station 7 or station 7! A great team and nice furniture.

Die neue Wohnzimmereinrichtung (Essgruppe und Sofa) ist ein echter Hingucker, die Qualität aller Elemente ist überzeugend. Die prognostizierte Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Empfehlung: unbedingt vor Kauf den Showroom in Druten besuchen. Der Weg lohnt sich. After a long search, we finally found what we were looking for at station 7. The new living room furniture (dining table and sofa) is a real eye-catcher, the quality of all elements is convincing. The forecast delivery time was met. Recommendation: be sure to visit the showroom in Druten before buying. The way is worth it.

Leider hat sich die Bestellung und Lieferung meiner Couch zur Odyssee entwickelt: 1. Lieferung 6 Wochen zu spät, obwohl das vorher abgestimmt wurde als wichtiges Kaufkriterium festgelegt wurde 2. Lieferung ohne Füße 3. zweimal wurden falsche Füße nachgeliefert, so dass zwei Termine mit einem Servicepartner notwendig waren 4. schwieriges Montieren der Füße (beim ersten Mal selbst vorgenommen, anschließend zweimal vom Servicepartner) 5. am Ende wurden ein Pflegeset und 125€ Rückzahlung zugesagt, heute 125€ zurückbekommen, Pflegeset wurde nie versendet Dauer von Zahlungseingang bis kompletter Instandsetzung: 16.05. - 25.09.! Obwohl 4-6 Wochen Lieferzeit vereinbart wurden. Um neben des Stils, noch etwas weiteres Positives zu nennen: der Mitarbeiter, der sich um mein Anliegen kümmerte, war äußerst freundlich! Auch wenn mir der Stil wirklich gut gefällt, und ich eigentlich noch andere Produkte im Blick hatte, würde ich nie wieder von Station-7 bestellen. Unfortunately, very bad experience. I	Ingmar Schubert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chairs in May last year. I had two (!) failed deliveries; the first one featured the wrong chairs, the second one had damaged chairs. It has been roughly 8 months now since I ordered. I was not offered a discount. Customer service seems to be completely overwhelmed, it takes at least 3 E-Mails to get a reaction. Most of the time I have been ignored. I would strongly advise against ordering anything here.
