Het uitzicht vanaf het station is zeer indrukwekkend. Het is echt de moeite waard om met de trein het Heuvelland te verkennen. Station Eys is a small station and is only intended to get on and off the train of the South Limburg Steam Train Company (ZLSM). The view from the station is very impressive. It is really worthwhile to explore the Hill Country by train.
M	Martijn Kolkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk klein idyllisch stationnetje in de middle of nowhere waar je op een echte stoomtrein kunt stappen en waarvan je met deze stoomtrein gewoonweg je even in een andere tijd kunt begeven door t heuvelachtige limburg. Een ritje met de stoomtrein is zeker de moeite waard. Nice little idyllic station in the middle of nowhere where you can step on a real steam train and with this steam train you can simply go into another time through the hilly Limburg. A ride on the steam train is definitely worth it.

Rondom het station valt verder weinig te zien/doen. The station building is located in a place with a beautiful view over the hills. When the steam train also arrives, you imagine yourself abroad. There is little else to see / do around the station.
