★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door de storm gisteren (18 jan 2018) kwam ik vast te zitten op het station, samen met veel anderen. De medewerkster van de stationshuiskamer hield de boel een uur langer open om ons op te vangen. Ze bleef in contact met de NS om ons zo goed mogelijk te informeren over reismogelijkheden. Zelfs bood ze enkele mensen, die in dezelfde stand woonden als zij, een lift aan. Enorm behulpzaam en klantgericht!
Due to the storm yesterday (Jan 18, 2018) I got stuck at the station, along with many others. The employee of the station living room kept things open for an hour longer to receive us. She kept in touch with the Dutch Railways to inform us as well as possible about travel options. She even offered a lift to some people who lived in the same booth as her. Extremely helpful and customer oriented!
