Good service and information. Was able to test drive right away. Only size medium in the showroom, which is not useful if you are taller than 190 cm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 3 weken een nieuwe e-bike, ben enorm tevreden.
Ik kreeg er gratis fietstassen bij en 50 euro korting op een betere accu.
Vandaag ben ik even naar her filiaal in Goes gegaan, en daar heb ik een gratis ander zadel mogen omwisselen. Ook mijn stuur beter laten afstellen en een fiets computer laten bevestigen.
Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam!
A new e-bike for 3 weeks, I am very satisfied.
I got free bicycle bags and a 50 euro discount on a better battery.
Today I went to the branch in Goes, and I was able to exchange a different saddle for free. Also have my handlebars adjusted better and have a bicycle computer attached.
The staff were really nice and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zij op vakantie bij camping Roompot in Dishoek.
Op een van onze fietsen brak gisteravond een van de trappers af.
Alweer! bij 2 andere Stella fietsen hadden we het ook al gehad ,slechte plastic trappers.
Maar na veel moeite een afspraak in Goes gemaakt .
Kreeg ik ook nog een klap band van mijn fiets.
Ik dacht meenemen en meteen even laten repareren.
Komen we bij het service center in Goes zij de monteur alleen de trappers vervangen.
Voor de band werd het morgen.
Hij was te druk.
Dus de fiets weer meegenomen en gebeld met de fiets winkel S. Kluijfhout in Dishoek we konden direct komen en in minder dan 20 minuten waren we weer buiten.
Dat is prima service.?
Volgende elektrische fiets wordt geen Stella meer.
Bij niemand in de familie meer.
We are on holiday at the Roompot campsite in Dishoek.
One of the pedals broke off on one of our bikes last night.
Again! we already had it with 2 other Stella bicycles, bad plastic pedals.
But after a lot of effort I made an appointment in Goes .
I also got a blowout from my bike.
I thought I would take it and have it repaired right away.
When we come to the service center in Goes, the mechanic only replaces the pedals.
It was tomorrow for the band.
He was too busy.
So we took the bike again and called the bike shop S. Kluijfhout in Dishoek we could come immediately and in less than 20 minutes we were out again.
That's great service.?
Next electric bike won't be Stella anymore.
No one in the family anymore.
