Woon zelf niet in de buurt, maar met een toegestuurd tikkie was ook de betaling prima geregeld. Ben niet van de grote online diensten, steun graag de locale winkels in de al zo moeilijke tijd.kan niet anders zeggen dan klantvriendelijk en zeer toegankelijk. Leveren halfdode bloemen die zij, na gebeld te hebben en te hebben opgehaald, de volgende dag doodleuk weer komen brengen en noemen dit vervolgens 'een oplossing'. Dezelfde halfdode bloemen twee keer komen brengen is verre van een klantvriendelijke oplossing... Nooit iets kopen: zonde van je geld. Worthless products and obvious service. Deliver half-dead flowers that they, after calling and collecting them, will bring them back the next day and call this 'a solution'. Bringing the same half-dead flowers twice is far from a customer-friendly solution... Never buy anything: a waste of money.
R	Review Rita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee boeketten besteld en laten bezorgen. Keurig op tijd geleverd en het waren prachtige boeketten. Boeket op de foto was € 25,- met gratis bezorging. Betaling via betaallink in sms ging ook prima. Ordered two bouquets and have them delivered. Delivered on time and the bouquets were beautiful. Bouquet in the photo was € 25, - with free delivery. Payment via payment link in SMS also went fine.

Houden zich niet aan de afspraken die UPS met ze heeft gemaakt (printloos versturen, retouren in kunnen pakken op locatie). Als je daar naar vraagt krijg je een onaardig antwoord en doen ze net of jij degene bent die gek is. Als je geen zin hebt om pakketten af te handelen, doe het dan niet en richt je lekker op de core business. Ik sla m over de volgende keer. Ook voor mn bloemen! As a flower shop I cannot rate it. As a UPS point worthless! Do not keep to the agreements that UPS has made with them (printless shipping, being able to pack returns on location). If you ask about that you will get a rude answer and they will pretend that you are the one who is crazy. If you don't feel like handling packages, don't do it and just focus on the core business. I'll skip it next time. Also for my flowers!

They delivered them promptly and they were fresh and healthy looking. The lady who delivered them was very friendly. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and have a delightful scent. Thank you!
