Auto gehuurd en al betaald, konden vanaf 17:00 auto ophalen. Waren er om 17:15 en de auto was alweer aan een ander gegeven omdat wij te laat zouden zijn?? Moesten dag erna terugkomen. Kwamen om 0830 aan en ook nu was er geen auto meer, hadden we eerder moeten komen! Moesten zelfs naar andere locatie voor een auto door de file! Na veel discussie kregen we uiteindelijk een andere bus mee, geheel ander soort auto. De auto was gehuurd voor zakelijke afspraken, hebben gewoon schade hierdoor en de manier waarop ze liegen is echt schandalig. De auto was er al die tijd natuurlijk al niet. wij huren hier nooit meer.
unprofessional and unfair company
Rented a car and already paid, could pick up the car from 5 p.m. Were there at 5:15 PM and the car was already given to someone else because we would be late? Had to come back the next day. Arrived at 0830 and even now there was no car anymore, we should have arrived earlier! Even had to go to another location for a car due to traffic jams! After much discussion we finally got a different bus, a completely different type of car. The car was rented for business appointments, they just suffered damage and the way they lie is really outrageous. Of course the car was not there all this time. we will never rent here again.
