★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is gebouwd door de Liefdadige Vereniging van de Heilige Joseph voor de huisvesting van arme parochianen van de nabijgelegen Walsteegkerk en is geopend in 1873. Het hofje bestaat uit drie woonblokken die in een U-vorm staan met in het midden een klein plantsoen dat een rustpunt vormt in de stad. Tegenwoordig zijn het koopwoningen. Het hofje is voor zover ik heb kunnen nagaan vrij toegankelijk. De straat waaraan het ligt heet Sterrenhof. Er tegenover ligt het Vrouwe Justitiaplein.
 It was built by the Charitable Association of Saint Joseph for the housing of poor parishioners of the nearby Walsteeg Church and was opened in 1873. The courtyard consists of three residential blocks in a U-shape with a small park in the middle that serves as a resting place forms in the city. These days are owner-occupied properties. As far as I could ascertain, the hofje is freely accessible. The street on which it is located is called Sterrenhof. Opposite is Vrouwe Justitiaplein.
