Not only do they work fast, I got into a company that really matches with my personality and they offered me quite a bit more than what I asked for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to LinkedIn I came into contact with Wouter Soons from Sterrk. Compared to all the other recruiters that spam you, Wouter was able to have a good conversation with me (at a suitable time) and actually understand what I was looking for.
Even during the first conversation there were already some interesting position offered. Within a month I had some good discussions, two good offers and one excellent new job!
Having somebody who understands what you, and a company, are looking for on a technical and personal level really made a difference. Highly recommended in you're in the market for a new job.

I would have a call with him whenever an interview was done to discuss my personal feedback, and he would get back to me when the company had given theirs and when a new interview was arranged, both secondary as well as potential new companies that were interested in me. I can highly recommend their expertise and skillful approach to make everything go as smooth as possible.
