★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren een bezichtiging gehad met Erik de makelaar. Voor het eerst een makelaar met tijd en respect die een rustige rondgang aanbood en veel aanvullende info over de buurt en de mogelijkheden. Was een zeer prettige afspraak.
Yesterday had a viewing with Erik the broker. For the first time a real estate agent with time and respect who offered a quiet tour and lots of additional information about the neighborhood and the possibilities. Was a very pleasant appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time with fake misleading information on Funda. "Volledig eignedom" was not included in the price while was clearly mentioned. If you cant make it clear and avoid "little letters" on your ad for only purpose to pass lower price filter, how can customers trust you with biggest purchases in their lives?! I am glad Internet allows to write the reviews :) Cheers!
