Maar toch onze sterke advies: niet doen!
Erg slecht: langzaam, geen contact met ons opgenomen om te waarschuwen dat het lang gaat duren, geen verwachtingsmanagement. De baas van dit bedrijfje Maurice Walst heeft zijn excuses aangeboden.
Super slecht: omdat ze te veel tijd nodig hadden moesten wij( de klant!) met hen contact opzoeken. Dagen lang geen reactie behalve van een redelijk aardig maar toch nutteloze secretaresse. Om dit na 7 dagen (!!!!) op te lossen heb ik hier op Google een slechte review achter gelaten met de vraag: waar is ons rapport?
Binnen 5 minuten opeens zijn ze wakker geworden, en, via onze adviseur nota bene: "als jullie de review niet verwijderen geven we het rapport niet uit" (dit is in email en in een telefoongesprek onderbouwd). Toen we de eerste review hebben verwijderd, opeens was het rapport klaar. Geen excuses ontvangen. Na deze absoluut schokkend gedrag moesten we toch de volle prijs betalen.
Onprofessioneel is te aardig.

But still our strong advice: don't do it!
Very bad: slow, didn't contact us to warn it's going to take a long time, no expectation management. The boss of this company Maurice Walst has apologized.
Super bad: because they needed too much time, we (the customer!) had to contact them. No response for days except from a fairly nice yet useless secretary. To solve this after 7 days (!!!!) I left a bad review here on Google with the question: where is our report?
Within 5 minutes they suddenly woke up, and, via our advisor: "if you do not delete the review, we will not issue the report" (this is substantiated in email and in a telephone conversation). When we deleted the first review, suddenly the report was ready. No apologies received. After this absolutely shocking behavior we still had to pay full price.
Unprofessional is too nice.

Lang getwijfeld om deze toevoeging te plaatsen i.v.m. angst voor meer represailles, maar heb nu toch besloten om het te doen.
Kort na het plaatsen van onderstaande review heeft Fitrex een negatieve nepreview geschreven voor mijn eigen bedrijf. Dit is compleet ongehoord, aangezien wij nooit zaken hebben gedaan. Ze dulden geen tegenspraak en hebben mij geprobeerd te chanteren door aan te geven de review bij mijn bedrijfspagina te verwijderen als ik deze review zou verwijderen. Hier heb ik bewijs van.

Helaas ook slachtoffer geworden van slordigheid van Fitrex. Taxateur heeft veel te lage taxatie zonder ons instemmen in rapportvorm gegoten en we kunnen nu niet meer om second opinion vragen. Dat je laag taxeert is tot daaraan toe, maar niet zonder overleg permanent maken dan... Andere taxateur bevestigde dat deze al vele second opinions heeft moeten doen voor klanten van Fitrex. Goedkoop is hier helaas duurkoop gebleken voor ons.
Addition September 13, 2021:
Long doubted to place this addition because of. fear of more reprisals, but have now decided to do it anyway.
Shortly after posting the review below, Fitrex wrote a negative fake review for my own company. This is completely unheard of as we have never done business. They do not tolerate contradiction and have tried to blackmail me by indicating that I would remove the review from my company page if I would remove this review. I have proof of this.

Unfortunately also fell victim to carelessness of Fitrex. The appraiser has submitted a much too low valuation in report form without our consent and we can no longer ask for a second opinion. That you value low is up to that point, but do not make it permanent without consultation then ... Another appraiser confirmed that he has already had to do many second opinions for customers of Fitrex. Cheap has unfortunately turned out to be expensive for us here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij kregen een mail van dit bedrijf of we even een sepa-machtiging wilde tekenen omdat men een taxatieopdracht zou hebben gekregen.
1. Wij zijn prima in staat om zelf een taxatie te regelen en hebben dit ook gedaan.
2. Er staat geen bedrag vermeld op de machtiging hetgeen uiteraard zeer discutabel is.
Wij zullen geen zaken met dit bedrijf gaan doen en adviseren anderen om de nodige terughoudendheid te betrachten.
We received an email from this company asking us to sign a sepa authorization because they would have received a valuation assignment.
1. We are perfectly capable of arranging a valuation ourselves and have done so.
2. There is no amount stated on the authorization, which is of course highly debatable.
We will not do business with this company and advise others to exercise caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onduidelijk wat de toetevoegde waarde is van deze partij. Ze zijn een extra schakel die niet nodig is en vertragen het proces ipv dat zij juist ontzorgen. Ze zijn echt een doorgeefluik, waarbij het doorgeven van informatie veel mis gaat.
Communiceren onduidelijk en zijn in bepaalde gevallen ronduit bot. Tevens worden er dingen beloofd te doen, welke dan als je die achteraf checked met de partij die ze zouden benaderen, niet hebben gedaan.
Wanneer je hen dan aanspreekt op het proces en aangeeft dat er dingen aan hun kant misgaan, schiet men gelijk in de verdediging ipv constructief mee te denken aan verbetering.
Beste is om gewoon direct zonder tussenkomst van hen een directe taxatie en bouwkundige keuring te laten doen.
Deze partij was mij aangeraden door een kennis die wel een goede ervaring had, echter ben ik zelf vergeten de google reviews af te gaan. Mijn ervaring komt overeen met de andere 1 ster google reviews.
Unclear what the added value of this party is. They are an extra link that is not necessary and slow down the process instead of simply unburdening. They are really a conduit, where the passing on of information goes wrong.
Communicate unclearly and in some cases are downright blunt. Also, things are promised to do, which if you checked afterwards with the party they would approach, have not done.
When you then approach them about the process and indicate that things are going wrong on their side, they immediately get on the defensive instead of constructively thinking about improvement.
It is best to simply have a direct valuation and building inspection done without the intervention of them.
This party was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had a good experience, but I forgot to go through the google reviews myself. My experience matches the other 1 star google reviews.

If there is an issue you get very generic responses (if anything) like "this is how it is in the Netherlands". If you call they will hang up on you!
Fitrex acts just as a middle man connecting random evaluators to costumers and do not care about the quality of the taxatie process itself. Definitely recommend avoiding Fitrex Taxaties, especially if you're an expat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately in my experience, the staff at Fitrex were rude and unprofessional. The taxation was very low and more in line with market values in 2020 than in 2021 (which was confirmed by the second taxatie report I had done). The stress of receiving a low taxation was further compounded by how I was treated by the staff when I called requesting an explanation. Contrary to common practice, they did not reach out before submitting the report to explain the value. Afterwards, they did not even give me the opportunity to speak with the person who performed the taxation, which considering the fact I paid for it is the very least they could have done. Instead, they were extremely condescending on the phone, saying I should just read the taxation report again. If you need a taxatie report for an appartement in Rotterdam, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
