Indisch Platform , proficiat met het behaalde resultaat mbt het uitbetalen van achterstallige salarissen ambtenaren/militairen.in voormalig Ned. Indie gedurende de oorlogsjaren en daarna. Edoch wat U al wist en de slachtoffers eveneens , dat 70 jaar na dato slechts een heel klein deel van de rechtmatige slachtoffers het douceurtje in ontvangst zouden kunnen nemen. Het is volstrekt onduidelijk , waarom rechtmatige nabestaanden geen recht hebben op die uitkering. Alle echtgenoten en alle kinderen van rechtmatige slachtoffers uit die periode in Ned. Indie en nog in leven zijnde , hebben recht op het gehele bedrag of ten dele. Dit is een normale gang van zaken aangezien hier sprake is/was van het opzettelijk onthouden , dan wel in gebreke blijven van het uitbetalen van salarissen van Nederlandse onderdanen in Dienst van de Nederlandse Overheid. Als zoon van een Oud Officier KNIL vlieger in voormalig Nederlands Indie en geb. in 1938 , was het gezin volkomen afhankelijk van de Wedde inkomsten van onze vader. Ook de kampjaren van Vader van ondergetekende en overige familie waren een hel , maar we hebben het overleefd. Vader is inmiddels overleden en ware de salarissen doorbetaald of direct na de capitulatie van Japan weer met terugwerkende kracht hersteld en doorbetaald , dan was na het overlijden van onze Vader het erfrecht van toepassing en zou vroeger of later de erfenis , incl het gespaarde kapitaal , ten goede gekomen zijn aan de nog levende wettige echtgenote en of de wettige nog levende nabestaanden zijnde de erfgenamen . Is daar in deze zaak jurisprudentie over geweest ? Met dank voor uw aandacht en voortzetting van herstel betalingen voor het door velen ondergane onrecht na de oorlog en gedurende de oorlog. Indisch Platform, congratulations on the result achieved with regard to the payment of arrears of salaries for civil servants / servicemen in former Ned. Indie during the war years and beyond. Yet what you already knew and also the victims, that 70 years after that only a very small part of the rightful victims could receive the shower. It is completely unclear why legitimate surviving relatives are not entitled to this benefit. All spouses and all children of legitimate victims from that period in Ned. India and still alive are entitled to the whole or part of the amount. This is a normal course of affairs since there has been / was intentional withholding or failure to pay the salaries of Dutch nationals in the service of the Dutch government. As the son of a former KNIL pilot in the former Dutch East Indies and b. in 1938, the family was completely dependent on our father's Wedde income. The camp years of Father of the undersigned and other family were hell, but we survived. Father has since died and if the salaries were paid on or recovered and paid back with retroactive effect immediately after the capitulation of Japan, then after the death of our Father the inheritance law would apply and sooner or later the inheritance, including the saved capital, good have come to the living legal wife and whether the legal surviving relatives are the heirs.
