Het is alleen jammer dat een reactie gelijk gezien wordt als definitief, je krijgt niet eens de mogelijkheid de woning te bezichtigen, dat komt pas daarna. Maar dan kun je niet zomaar meer afslaan, want dat telt meteen als weigering en driemaal weigeren = uitgeschreven worden. Dat kan stukken klantvriendelijker. Friendly people and a nice range of properties. It is just a shame that a reaction is seen as definitive, you do not even get the opportunity to view the property, that will only come after that. But then you can no longer just turn, because that immediately counts as refusal and three refusals = being unsubscribed. That can be much more customer-friendly.

J	Jaap Koster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn moeder heeft al diverse malen gebeld over de slecht sluitende voordeur. De deur is veel te zwaar voor het kozijn. Ze zijn er in 2016 komen wonen, nieuwbouw. Maar drama. Diverse malen specialist??? langs geweest, wimpelde het af, trok wat aan het kozijn, en zegt dan gewoon. Zo die sluit. Als men een flinke duw tegen de voordeur geeft, springt de deur los. Wat krijgt mijn moeder te horen, moet je de deur maar op slot doen. Achterdeur kiert, moet ze de klippen maar op de deur doen dan tocht het niet meer. Te gek voor woorden toch. Kozijn voordeur is kunststof en de voordeur is van hout. Heel erg zware deur. Als je de voordeur dicht doet, beweegt het hele kozijn. Vind het erg vervelend voor mijn moeder, ze heeft het idee dat ze elke keer met een kluitje het riet ingestuurd wordt. En dat begrijp ik heel goed. Ik ben dan een stuk jonger, maar ik krijg de deur soms t niet goed open, maarja dat is vast ingecalculeerd. Alleen negatief over het deur probleem, andere klachten worden wel goed opgelost. Alle klachten over bovenstaand probleem, is naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Woonservice Drenthe. Dankjewel ? My mother has called several times about the badly closing front door. The door is way too heavy for the frame. They moved there in 2016, new construction. But drama. Several times specialist??? stopped by, brushed it off, tugged at the frame, and then just say. So it closes. If you give the front door a big push, the door will pop open. What will my mother hear, you better lock the door. Back door cracks, if she just put the cliffs on the door then there will be no more draft. Too crazy for words anyway. The front door frame is plastic and the front door is wood. Very very heavy door. When you close the front door, the whole frame moves. I find it very annoying for my mother, she has the idea that she is sent into the reed with a clump every time. And I understand that very well. I'm a lot younger then, but sometimes I can't open the door properly, but that's probably taken into account. Only negative about the door problem, other complaints are solved well. All complaints about the above problem have been resolved to our complete satisfaction. Residential service Drenthe.
