I brought my wedding dress here and they ironed it within a day, very well, and for a great price! Very satisfied!

I wanted to write a long note about their poor customer service, the arrogant attitude of the people running the place, and how badly I was treated there. Instead - I will just say that if you have any self-respect or value for your time, PLEASE don't go there.

Bloody expensive (almost 4€ for a short ironing). So rude. They’ve closed @ 5pm. I arrived there @5.02pm with my baby. Empty store. Just had to pick up ironed shirts. They said “no we are closed”. I recommend you not to work in a store, morons.

My old coat and 2 duvets cleaned - great results ánd eco friendly - the owners are very friendly and service minded .. I’ll be back

We brought our velvet curtains to be cleaned by "professionals". The calcuated cost by the employee was the shocking amount of €200 which we accepted and paid beforehand because we wanted a "proper job". When we got the curtains back and after we hunged them we realised that all the room was covered in fluff from the curtains. It was really small pieces like dust that can easily be breathed and go staight into your lungs. Basically the velvet got decomposed and the small little fibres were coming out in the air. It didn't take long until we started coughing. This is not a joke and as you can imagine it is pretty dangerous/unhealthy. It took us a whole day to clean the room because this "dust" was literally everywhere. We put face masks to unhang the curtains and brought them back to the shop. The guys of course did not take any blame, said that the curtains were old and with the years got decomposed and by washing them the fluff got released. Firstly we brought them to professionals and they should have prevented this from happening and secondly even if this was the case they should have warned us about this risk ahead and not make us pay so much for something that we ended up having to throw away. Of course they did not even mention of refunding us (even partially), or give us a voucher or offer a discount for future visit as a serious shop owner who cares about his customer satisfaction whould do. One of the 2 guys was trying to be reasonable while the other was rude and arrogant not taking any responsibility at all and blaiming it on the quality of the curtains. We ended up buying new curtains of course which was a big and unexpected cost for us. In a few words they destoyed our curtains and we paid for that.

I had my coat dry cleaned and they took zero responsibility for ruining the zipper. They have been rude on top of that and said that my coat (Mango, over 100euros) was of wrong quality. I am deeply disappointed of their attitude. I paid 20 for this and know I will have to pay a min of 35 euros to repair my coat. The response below from the business owner is 4 years late. This is ridiculous and so innapropriate. My review isn't false. You should have apologised instead of labelling my review false.

Good place to clean your clothes and blankets. Nice owners with the dogs, always friendly. You can pay on the pickup which is sometimes super handy. Used many times, and can not say in general that technology is powerful enough to clean things after me :) But this is question to the technology.

Not cheap, but excellent work and exceptional service. They came to our door, took the curtains down from the rails, brought them back 3 days later perfectly cleaned, and installed them back. Job done.
