I order a jacket because my old one is getting too big because of weight loss, it supposed to be here between the 21th and 25 th of January. After being late, I called them.. They said.. We will found out and will let you know soon as possiple..i waited and waited.. Nothing. I called them again today, they said.. We haven't got a message back from someone else ( like that is my problem).. I want a new jacket or my money back.i love to order online, and I do it a lot...but this is the first time and last time with stradivarius. I love their real shop in Holland, I always buy cute clothes there.. I didn't know their online service was this worst.. I am waiting for 20 days.They are blaming someone at the office who I don't even know and I still have to wait more.. And I don't even know the solution.. If I will still get the jacket or my money!!
