★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The village beach of Huizen. Usually it is't no crowdy, plenty place of free parking, which itself us quite unique in Holland. Children friendly and quite few bars & restaurants nearby. Not very far from village centre and yaht harbour.

Water not cold, what is very rare in the Netherlands.
Plenty of parking space.
Missing infrastructure around, like restaurants, cafes or beach club

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, after the serious lockdown, catching with the owner, his dedicated staff and some locals from "afar" again, with a few drinks, it was so nice to be being able to sit outside a café again having a few. Hallelujah, it was great and thoroughly enjoyed it. Btw well covid organised, good card for lunches and nibblies, so let just hope we can continue to go there. The weather itself ? If behind the "terrace screens" out of the wind very comfortable. If on the "kade" itself, if there is not too much (northerly) wind it is also a top spot !! Yess, glad we can go back.
