Like all entrances, a great place to get a breath of fresh air or to top up your tan on the beach when the sun is shining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een prima vertrekpunt voor een goede strandwandeling of fietstocht. Op het strand staat een strandtent. Er zijn houten hekken om de fiets aan vast te zetten. Vanuit hier vertrekt een route om bunkers en vleermuizen te bekijken.
A great starting point for a good beach walk or bike ride. There is a beach tent on the beach. There are wooden gates to secure the bike. From here a route starts to view bunkers and bats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele Parkplätze, aber noch viel zu wenig. Freitags in den Ferien um 9:15 Uhr schon alles voll. Der Hauptstrand überfüllt am hundestrand ging es. 25 min. Fußweg zum Auto.
Lots of parking spaces, but far too little. On Fridays during the holidays at 9:15 am everything is already full. The main beach was overcrowded at the dog beach. 25 min. Walk to the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ als de temp goed is .is dit de beste plek van heel nederland . parkeren is een groot probleem en mega duur . tip neem het open baar vervoer. je hebt deals dat je de auto aan de rand van den haag parkeert. en dan voor de heen en terug reis naar het strand voor 2 euro p.p.
if the temp is right, this is the best place in the Netherlands. parking is a major problem and extremely expensive. tip take public transport. you have deals that you park the car on the edge of the hague. and then for the return trip to the beach for 2 euros p.p.

Wonderful walking and yet close to the city. Beautiful in winter and summer.
