★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie jeans van goede kwaliteit gevonden. Veel keuze in deze grote en ruime winkel. Je kunt doorgaans je gang gaan met kiezen en passen, het personeel is hier gelukkig niet zo opdringerig als elders, maar wel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig zodra je hulp vraagt.
 Found good quality jeans. Lots of choice in this large and spacious store. You can usually go ahead with your choices and passes, fortunately the staff here are not as intrusive as elsewhere, but they are friendly and helpful as soon as you ask for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ziemlich desinteressiertes Personal, eine rote Winter Jacke würde gekauft, es sollte eine Powerbank beiliegen, welche ich vergebens in der Jacke bei der Ankunft zuhause gesucht habe.
Schade aber das habe ich mir anders vorgestellt bei einer solch teuren Jacke.
Kleines Update: nach 3 Wochen immernoch keine Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice oder hier über Google. Sehr schade das der Service so unterirdisch ist, bei der super Qualität der Ware.
Quite disinterested staff, a red winter jacket would be bought, a power bank should be included, which I looked for in vain in the jacket when I arrived at home.
Too bad I imagined it differently with such an expensive jacket.
Small update: after 3 weeks there is still no feedback from customer service or here via Google. It's a shame that the service is so underground, with the great quality of the goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meinen ersten Besuch muss ich leider schlecht bewerten. Covid-19 hat vieles dazu beigetragen, auch wenn das Outlet-Center nichts dafür kann... Im kompletten Center besteht Maskenpflicht, ohne wird man gar nicht erst rein gelassen. Überall wird auf Abstand hingewiesen, Ordner sind im ganzen Center präsent und dennoch trampelt man sich gegenseitig die Füße ab, von Abstand keine Spur. Riesige Schlangen vor den Läden, Wartezeiten von bis zu 2 Stunden. Preise zum Teil immer noch recht hoch.
Unfortunately, I have to rate my first visit badly. Covid-19 has contributed a lot to this, even if the outlet center cannot help it ... In the entire center there is a mask requirement, without you are not even allowed in. Everywhere the distance is pointed out, folders are present throughout the center and yet you trample each other's feet, not a trace of distance. Huge lines in front of the shops, waiting times of up to 2 hours. Prices are still quite high in some cases.
