★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich schöne Rundfahrt. Man bekommt einiges zu Sehen und auch auf mehreren Sprachen etwas zu den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt. Zusätzlich erzählt der Kapitän zu einzelnen Dingen noch etwas. Hier muss man den "Captain Louie"" sehr positiv erwähnen. Er fährt nicht nur perfekt durch die engen Grachten, er erzählt auch noch mit viel Herzblut und Witz zu den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas.
Really nice tour. You get a lot to see and explained in several languages something to the individual attractions. In addition, the captain tells something about some things. 此処でチケットを購入して、歩いてすぐのボート乗り場からボートに乗る。運河から見える景色は、歩いて見る景色とまた違って素晴らしい。
There is a ticket office across the street from the main entrance of Amstel Central Station. (There is a boat model on the roof).
Buy a ticket here and get on the boat from the boat landing. The view from the canal is wonderful, different from the view from the walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bullies of the canals. If you want to support the local residents book a private boat instead somewhere else. These boats are extremely long for the tiny canals, pollute and generate noise. And noone seems to be having fun on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really fun as a ride. The tour guide is a funny guy, and the tour is offered in many languages. Many pictureque stops so take your camera I'd say. Dont worry about water. Also, if you are going to visit other attractions, they have combined tickets that make it cheaper.
