Купили билеты на поездку Батавия Стад через официальный сайт. Оплата прошла, а билеты так и не выслали на e-mail. Поход к их офису результатов не принес, т.к. по факту там сидит совсем другая контора. Писал сообщение и через форму на официальном сайте - молчек. В общем - мутная конторка. Дополнение: после обращения в компанию, которая проводит платежи мне выслали билет, но уже после того как автобус уехал. Проблему объясняют техническим сбоем. Денег мне так и не вернули

Teníamos un tour reservado para Roterdam, delft y la haya. Realizamos varías llamadas como se puede ver en la captura de pantalla al teléfono que indicaba de la compañía por si había algún incidente. No encontrábamos el punto de encuentro ya que en el plano no quedaba muy claro( somos turistas, y no conocemos la zona), tras llegar 20 minutos tarde al punto de encuentro y varias llamadas no contestadas. La oficina de this si Holland que era el punto de encuentro también cerrada. No había nadie en el punto de encuentro. Y no nos dan alternativa para realizar el tour que tiene un coste de 88€ por persona otro día y no sabemos si van a realizarnos el abono de la excursión sin haberla disfrutado. Ha sido una experiencia realmente mala con esta empresa si no ponen solución ya que el lunes volvemos a nuestro país.

The place was very pretty but the tour itself was quite rushed and you feel like you have been robbed of the experience

Hello, We just wanted to compliment you on an excellent small group tour to Kinderdijk with Bram on Monday, June 19. He made the trip so enjoyable with his marvelous sense of humor, his knowledge, and his kind regard for our well being. He even went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with the lunch stop, and placed a phone call in Dutch to confirm our trip to the airport for the next day. WHAT A GREAT GUY!!! We were a bit skeptic while booking this tour considering the fact that this was the cheapest of all options which included keukenhof, zans schans, cheese factory and clog factory and canal cruise. We were pleasantly surprised! Timely departure, adequate time at keukenhof, friendly guide Ava. Overall, the tour was worth the amount spent. Ava also suggested a great Dutch restaurant where we went later that evening.

My husband and I rose at dawn to go on a journey into the Dutch countryside and totally immerse ourselves in Dutch culture. We were taken to the famous (and very sweet) village of Edam where we also swung by a cheese factory to learn all about the production and manufacturing process. We were given the opportunity to sample dozens of different types of Gouda cheese and accompaniments (my husband particularly enjoyed the honey mustard). We were very surprised to learn that Edam cheese isn't actually made in Edam! Shortly afterwards, we visited the stunning fishing resort of Volendam where you have the opportunity to sample the Dutch delicacy; fresh raw herring, and stroll through the village. Afterwards, we made our way to the 'Windmill Village' aka Zaanse Schans where we learnt all about the historical significance of windmills in Dutch history & the lengths they have gone to in order to preserve some of them for tourists and future generations to experience. We ate some great pancakes at a restaurant near the entrance, and were able to stroll around the lake and enter a couple of the windmills (including one that is the last to still produce powdered paint - and even supplied Rembrandt himself!) Additionally, we were taken around a Clog factory to learn about the manufacturing process and to see it in action for ourselves. It took less than 5 minutes for the demonstrator to produce a childs pair of wooden shoes - but we were surprised to discover that it takes around 4 weeks to dry out the wood at the end of the production process. In conclusion, Zaanse Schans is a unique, wonderfully picturesque village that isn't replicated anywhere else in the world and, therefore, is an essential destination for any self-respecting Bucket list. Our tour guide, Harold, was incredibly friendly, witty and informative throughout the tour - hats off to him!
