I was in the workshop pure pol with 8 guys for a stag do. We had a great time in the workshop with Felicia. We didn't expect it to be so 'tough'. It requires a lot of upper body strength and body mobility. Felicia showed us some cool moves. It was not only fun but a super nice workout as well.
If you're looking for a sportive and fun activity with a group of friends this one is definitely a great option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with a group of friends to their pure pole class and it was great! None of us had ever done pole dancing before, but the instructor was lovely and made everyone feel comfortable. We had so much fun there and would really recommend it to anyone who wants to give pole dancing a try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing experience for our double bachelorette party! The routine you learn is easy to learn in a safe environment where you can let go a little bit. Great teacher who amazed me how comfortable she was, at ease and - when we were delayed for 20 minutes - super flexible about the program. Great job and great addition to a perfect day!
