Nathalie heeft me hierbij goed geholpen door tijdens de behandeling goed te luisteren naar wat ik nodig had. Haar massages/technieken hebben ervoor gezorgd dat mijn lichaam voor een langere tijd pijnvrij waren en hierdoor kon ik weer een tijd vooruit. Dankjewel Zen&you! After my pregnancy I had a lot of physical complaints and it got worse when I started working again. Nathalie helped me a lot by listening carefully to what I needed during the treatment. Her massages/techniques ensured that my body was pain-free for a longer period of time and this allowed me to move forward for a while. Thank you Zen&you!

Ze weet precies wat mijn lijf nodig heeft, daarnaast weet ze ook erg veel van voeding, mediteren en ademhalingsoefeningen. Ik ben echt super blij met haar en kan haar iedereen aanbevelen! I regularly visit Nathalie for a sports massage, I can't find a better masseuse and I love to drive to Utrecht for it! She knows exactly what my body needs, she also knows a lot about nutrition, meditation and breathing exercises. I am really happy with her and can recommend her to everyone!

Normally I’ll tell them where I feel blockages or pain, they nod that they understand, but do nothing different for that part where I feel stuck. With Nathalie it was totally different. You can feel that she has a different approach with her working method. She puts the right pressure wherever it is needed and explains where she feels the blockages and makes sure she put more focus on those parts. Again I’m really picky with massages but I found the right person who can truly help me and meets my expectations.
