★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manon bereidt haar lessen goed voor en bouwt ze goed op. Er is een onderdeel ontspanning en inspanning, gericht op een bepaalde chackra. Er is nooit haast en de 1,5 uur les vliegt voorbij. We sluiten altijd af met een kop thee. Ik vind haar een fijn persoon en ik voel mij zeer ontspannen na 1,5 uur yoga, weer helemaal opgeladen, heerlijk!
Manon prepares her lessons well and builds them up well. There is a relaxation and effort component, aimed at a specific chackra. There is never a hurry and the 1.5 hour lesson flies by. We always end with a cup of tea. I think she is a nice person and I feel very relaxed after 1.5 hours of yoga, fully charged again, wonderful!

Wat al snel duidelijk werd, is dat het voor Manon herkenning was.
De technieken pakte ze snel op en haar ervaringen gingen veel verder dan de gemiddelde cursisten, incl. mijzelf. Ik herkende de ervaringen die Manon beschreef van mijn eigen gevolgde opleidingen en vond ook bevestiging in "de wetenschap van de ziel".
Voor mij was het duidelijk welk pad Manon zou gaan volgen.
Inmiddels heeft zij zich verder ontwikkeld en haar eigen yoga studio opgebouwd en geeft fantastische lessen aan kinderen en volwassenen in Aalsmeer.
Ik kan niet anders dan Manon van harte aanbevelen!
Manon took meditation lessons with me for a number of years.
What soon became clear is that it was recognition for Manon.
She quickly picked up the techniques and her experiences went far beyond the average students, including myself. I recognized the experiences Manon described from my own training courses and also found confirmation in "the science of the soul".
It was clear to me which path Manon would follow.
She has since developed further and built her own yoga studio and gives fantastic lessons to children and adults in Aalsmeer.
I can't help but heartily recommend Manon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met Manon heb ik samen yoga gedaan bij Surya Ananda en Tom verlaan.
Manon is zelf erg soepel in lichaam en geest en kan alle oefeningen duidelijk voor doen, ik was altijd verrast over waar ze in meditatie terecht kwam.
Stadia die in de vedische boeken ook beschreven bleken te staan.
In de studiegroep die we hadden gevormd over de vedische teksten viel dat allemaal nog meer op zijn plaats.Voor verdieping is dit een goeie plek.
yoga en meditatie zijn haar op het lijf geschreven, daarbij heeft ze een postieve levensinstelling en heeft zich ook nog een hele fijne groep deelnemers gevormd.
