β β β β β Bestelling geplaatst, en heb alleen maar stukke kleding ontvangen. Nog nooit zoβn slecht product ontvangen. En de retourlink in de orderbevestiging werkt niet. Absoluut geen aanrader.
Order placed, and only received pieces of clothing. Never received such a bad product. And the return link in the order confirmation does not work. Absolutely not recommended.

β β β β β Zeer slechte service, bij een retournering je verzendkosten moeten betalen. Ivm slechte informatievoorziening tijdens het bestelproces en in de bevestigingsmail kwam ik er pas achter bij de bezorging dat de retournering voor eigen rekening is. Dit had naar mijn mening beter gecommuniceerd moeten worden.
Very bad service, you have to pay shipping costs for a return. Due to poor information during the ordering process and in the confirmation email, I only found out on delivery that the return is for your own account. In my opinion, this should have been better communicated.

Deliver wrong products and damaged products ... package of shin guards with 2 different sizes ... and then soccer shoes in the wrong color ... would almost say go to the action sport. But there it goes exactly the same

β β β β β 7 dagen geleden een pakketje besteld, nog niet ontvangen. track en trace code klopt niet volgens DHL. Klantenservice zowel telefonisch, app en via mail niet bereikbaar.
Ordered a package 7 days ago, not yet received. track and trace code is incorrect according to DHL. Customer service not available by telephone, app and email.

β β β β β Bestelling geplaatst en dezelfde dag ontvangen dat mijn bestelling onderweg is. Dag later werkt link om pakket te traceren nog niet. Gebeld. Wat blijkt? Pakket is helemaal nog niet onderweg en wordt pas een dag later verzonden. Die gaat dus rechtstreeks retour..
Order placed and received the same day my order is on its way. Day later link to track parcel is not working yet. Called. What seems? Package is not yet on its way and will only be shipped a day later. So it is returned directly.

β β β β β So much time wasted! They made a fix slot for delivery 2h before the office starts work. Of course they did not unlaod, driver had to wait for the papers... then another 30min waiting beofre they open the gate. We left 3h later than we had a slot. Unloading and reciving papers afterwards was fast and ok. Just waiting for them to start was a drama.....
