Er was iets los gekomen op het pakketje en mijn moeder wou wat plakband gebruiken om het vast te plakken (circa 4 cm plakband), en de meneer zei tegen haar dat ze 50 cent moest betalen, als ik er bij was had hij wel even anders gedacht! Ontzettend nare man die daar werkt. My mother came to deliver a package a few months ago. Something had come loose on the package and my mother wanted to use some tape to attach it (about 4 cm of tape), and the gentleman told her that she had to pay 50 cents, if I was there he would have had something else thought! Very nasty man who works there.
v	vera harding on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besteld een voordeelbundelpakket inktcartridges voor brotherprinter .....de zeer chagrijnige oudere meneer die daar al jaren staat .........gaf meteen te kennen dat ik geen voordeel kreeg .....en rekende iedere cartridge apart af . Hoewel ik zei dat bij Bruna de prijs aanzienlijk minder is!! moest ik meer dan 7O euro betalen, terwijl online de prijs 47 euro is .......ik begrijp dat het in een winkel duurder is en ik draag v.d. Plas ( waar ik al meer dan 40 jaar kom) een warm hart toe.......maar de manier waarop ik werd behandeld ..( niet de eerste keer) .....is echt niet in orde en zeer klant onvriendelijk ... Ik denk echt dat het tijd wordt voor een jongere generatie, die plezier in zijn werk heeft !! Ordered a bundle package of ink cartridges for brother printer ..... the very grumpy older gentleman who has been standing there for years ......... immediately indicated that I did not get any benefit ..... and settled each cartridge separately . Although I said that in the Bruna price is considerably less !! I had to pay more than 7O euros, while online the price is 47 euros ....... I understand that it is more expensive in a store and I wear v.d. Pool (where I spent more than 40 years come) a warm heart ....... but the way I was treated .. (not the first time) ..... really out of order and very customer unfriendly ... I really think it's time for a younger generation, who enjoys his job !!
R	Rick van Gogh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne fotozaak maar helaas hebben wij voor het enkel afdrukken van 2 foto’s op formaat 50x40cm €80 betaald. Ik vind dit werkelijk complete waanzin. Er werd mij verteld dat de prijzen eigenlijk nog hoger moesten zijn vanwege de corona crisis. Ik steun juist graag (lokale) ondernemers maar als de verschillen zo groot zijn tussen online en fysieke winkels dan snap ik waarom de meeste fysieke winkels het niet meer lang gaan volhouden. Erg zonde! Great photo shop, but unfortunately we paid € 80 for only printing 2 photos in 50x40cm format. I think this is really complete madness. I was told that prices actually had to be even higher because of the corona crisis. I like to support (local) entrepreneurs, but when the differences are so great between online and physical stores, I understand why most physical stores are no longer going to last long. It's a shame!
D	Djohnno Kerstjens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer langs geweest voor een pasfoto voor een nieuw paspoort, beide keren afgewezen bij de gemeente vanwege incorrecte dimensies. Hierover gemaild naar van der Plas en vervolgens na een maand geen reactie ontvangen. Verder wel nette en snelle service door vriendelijke medewerker. Visited twice for a photo for a new passport, both times rejected by the municipality due to incorrect dimensions. Emailed van der Plas about this and then received no response after a month. Furthermore, neat and fast service by a friendly employee.

T	Tatyana Pellan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. didnt send me the correct photo dimensions digitally and refused to accept it was their fault. 16€ for a digital pasport photo that is unusable and that I could take at home.
M	Mike Vasile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband sent my son to Langstraat 33 to buy a fishing licence this afternoon, which he went to do. Upon arriving there, he enquired about a fishing licence, and then saw that I, his mother, was phoning him. Realising that I might be phoning regarding the licence, he apologised to the gentlement helping him, and said he needs to answer the phone. The man then started preaching to him about how rude it is to answer a phone while someone is talking to you, upon which my son explained that it is his mother phoning and he needed to answer, all of which I could now hear as I was on the other end of the line. The man then went on to borderline shout at my son even though my son tried to explain the situation to him. My son then left the shop as he was not going to take any further abuse. I phoned this gentleman myself, to explain to him that I was phoning my son regarding the licence, and that my son tried to explain this to him. Unfortunately, this gentleman was too concerned with being right and with preaching to me about manners, that it was impossible to have a rational conversation with him. He finally half heartedly apologised and then proceeded to tell me that I was wasting his time as he had customers to serve. Over the last 5 years we have often gone to this shop, but needless to say, we will not be going there ever again. Perhaps in future, this person will look at his own manners before pointing fingers at other people. If he wants the youth to treat him with manners and respect , he should start by returning the same.
