Horrible.. the lady to helped me way beyond grumpy. Didnt smile once.
And i payed 5 euros for a half stale bread!!

Warm and friendly staff, highly recommended?
I would like to share my experience related to that place.
I was shopping in centrum since morning, and was really exhausted and hungry, I wanted to grab something quick and healthy to eat because it was almost 4 pm, I went in to get a sub and was immediately greeted by a warm welcome, guy at the counter asked me about my day, to which I replied, it was a long day and I am tired. During the whole time when he was making my sub we continuously interacted which lifted my mood, not to mention that my sub was perfect and exactly as I wanted it to be.Then, while billing he offered me a cookie and said it was on the house.
His kindness didn't end there, while I was sitting and having my sub a pregnant lady came in looking for a washroom, he made absolutely sure that she is comfortable, after she was done using washroom, he offered her a seat and something to drink, seeing that gave me a positive and warm feeling. I wanted to have healthy food for my body but also got positive thoughts for my soul.
The gentleman in this story is Manu Sachdev, and he happens to be the owner of this place.

Once you deliver through deliveroo, they hang up the calls quite rudely and never make any amendments to your order pretending that they’re too busy or that they even cannot see your order on their system. They never accept their faults and behave too impolitely toward customers! The quality of their sandwiches is also too bad! It’s delivered quite cold and smashed. Too disappointing!
