★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik wilde een paar schoenen retourneren (en een nieuw paar kopen) omdat ze te klein (geen goede maat gekregen), te smal én gedragen waren. Ik las dat ik dan voor het eerste paar een gratis retourbiljet zou krijgen. Per mail aangevraagd, maar dat werd geweigerd. Vervolgens werd er op mijn vervolgmail niet meer gereageerd. Zij zijn dus nu een klant kwijt.
 I wanted to return a pair of shoes (and buy a new pair) because they were too small (didn't get the right size), too narrow and worn. I read that I would then get a free return ticket for the first pair. Requested by email, but was declined. Thereafter, my follow-up email was not replied to. They have now lost a customer.
