Na een poos niet online besteld te hebben toch maar weer eens twee paar besteld. Levering binnen 24 uur... Na een week nog niets binnen, en dan blijkt 1 paar niet meer leverbaar, en dit terwijl ze in de winkels nog wel te vinden zijn. Het andere paar zou gelijk worden verstuurd. Maar een week later, inmiddels dus twee weken wachten is er nog niets. Gebeld en dan blijkt het 2e paar zoek te zijn. Oplossing, sorry die heeft Manfield niet??? En nu is het wachten of het vermiste paar wat volgens de Track & Trace van DHL nooit bij hen is binnengekomen gevonden wordt want dan kan Manfield pas het betaalde bedrag terugbetalen!? Een fout of probleem is er altijd om op te lossen, daar wordt je als bedrijf alleen maar sterker van. Met de juiste oplossing houdt je klanten dichtbij maar geen oplossingen willen en kunnen bieden daar jaag je klanten mee weg! Manfield dus NOOIT weer! Always with pleasure bought at Manfield but in recent years has been terribly disappointing. After not ordering online for a while, I ordered two more pairs. Delivery within 24 hours ... After a week nothing has arrived, and then it appears that 1 pair is no longer available, and this while they can still be found in stores. The other pair would be sent immediately. But a week later, so waiting two weeks there is still nothing. Called and then the 2nd pair appears to be missing. Solution, sorry who doesn't have Manfield ??? And now it is waiting if the missing couple that according to the Track & Trace of DHL has never arrived is found because then Manfield can only repay the amount paid !? A mistake or problem is always there to solve, as a company it only makes you stronger. With the right solution, you keep your customers close by, but you do not want to be able to offer solutions and you drive them away! Manfield so NEVER again!

Zelf gebeld en ze zei neu nog niet gedaan doe ik dan maar zo even. Belachelijk vind ik het. Door de weeks hebben ze het niet druk in de winkel.. als ze hier geen tijd voor hebben dan moeten ze dit niet aanbieden. Very bad service and unfriendly staff.. Brought shoes last week for maintenance.. week later still no message or phone call. Called myself and she said neu not done yet, so I'll do it in a moment. I think it's ridiculous. During the week they are not busy in the store.. if they do not have time for this then they should not offer this.
Q	Quint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deur zat dicht omdat er spontaan lekkage zou zijn. Na op de deur geklopt te hebben keek het personeel alleen naar ons en wilden ze ons verder niet te woord staan. Ze waren ook niet druk met de lekkage die er zou zijn. Ook geen briefje op de deur dat ze last hadden van lekkage of iets dergelijks. Kortom slechte zaak en onvriendelijk personeel. Door was closed because there would be spontaneous leakage. After knocking on the door, the staff just looked at us and declined to speak to us. They weren't too concerned with the leakage that would be there. Also no note on the door that they suffered from leakage or anything like that. Overall bad business and unfriendly staff.

At the end of November one shoe's leather had ripped open, so I contacted Manfield's customer support in Germany. They told me that it was not possible to send new shoes, but that I could send the broken shoes in and the price would be repayed to my bank account. I followed the instructions and send the shoes in at the beginning of December. I am still waiting for my money and Manfield's customer support is not answering my numerous E-Mails in which I am kindly requesting the money. I cannot recommend anyone to buy at Manfield!
