β β β β β Bad customer service. They'll respond, but not with useful information. Redirects to partner company of which they know nothing (opening hours, reservation, etc). It'd be better to just buy at the event company itself, instead of via SurpriseFactory.

β β β β β Ferrari ride. Extremely negative experience. Be aware you only drive on public roads with 50-80 km/h, this is complete non-sense - the whole point of ferrari is to go fast. The guy from the company is sitting next to you and constantly complaining about how expensive the car is and how careful you should be while driving it and that you are doing everything wrong. You don't get any adrenaline from the experience, drive or enjoyment. Super annoying. I really want to curse but won't do it to respect the rules. Never again!
