In deze oververhitte woningmarkt en met mijn eisenpakket is het haar gelukt om binnen 4 weken een prachtige woning te vinden en deze succesvol aan te kopen. Niets is haar teveel: tien woningen bezichtigen in een week, altijd bereikbaar zelfs in de avond of in het weekend! Suzana is uitstekend op de hoogte van de plaatselijke woningmarkt en heeft veel connecties binnen de makelaarswereld. Duidelijke communicatie, zeer toegewijd en erg vakkundig zijn verdere eigenschappen die haar in haar rol als makelaar omschrijven. Volgende opdrachten gaan zeker weer via Suus Makelaardij.
 Suzana has assisted me great as a purchasing agent. In this overheated housing market and with my package of requirements, she managed to find a beautiful home within 4 weeks and to purchase it successfully. Nothing is too much for her: ten homes in a week, always accessible even in the evening or at the weekend! Suzana is well-informed about the local housing market and has many connections within the broker world. Clear communication, very dedicated and very skilled are further features that describe her in her role as broker. Next assignments will definitely go via Suus Makelaardij.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suus is echt een aanrader. Inmiddels 2 woningen verkocht via Suus. Ze is professioneel, geeft goed advies, altijd een luisterend oor, heel betrokken en niets is ze teveel.
Kortom echt een topper.
Sue is highly recommended. 2 homes have since been sold through Suus. She is professional, gives good advice, always a listening ear, very involved and nothing is too much for her.
In short, a really great one.

She had been very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. She did always respond to our questions very fast.
