 The food was fine. Only the tongues too salty. Operation leaves much to be desired.

Er is ook zeer veel ruimte voor de kinderen.
Wonderful stay. Lots of stuff available and beautifully situated in Balum ...
There is also a lot of space for the children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi huisje. Alle voorzieningen zijn er, en zelfs een sauna. Rustig dorpje. 15 a 20 min lopen ben je op het strand.
Nice house. All amenities are there, and even a sauna. Quiet village. 15 to 20 minutes you are on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweest met hemelvaartweekend met in totaal 8 personen. Heel fraai huisje op Ameland. Net interieur. Erg schoon. Midden in centrum en op fietsafstand van strand. Gunstig geprijsd. Aanrader. Als ik weer terugkom op Ameland, boek ik dit weer! *****!
Been with Ascension weekend with a total of 8 people. Very nice house on Ameland. Clean interior. Very clean. Right in the center and within cycling distance of the beach. Affordably priced. Recommended. When I return to Ameland, I will book this again! *****!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben dit keer een midweek in De Meidoorn gelogeerd, dit was de tweede keer in het Balummerhof. Prima huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede uitvalsbasis voor allerlei fiets- en wandeltochten. Sonja en Tjalling zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een uur voordat we naar de boot terug zouden rijden bleek onze accu van de auto leeg. Tjalling zorgde voor een vonk zodat we op tijd de boot hebben gehaald, top! Bedankt voor de snelle service, wij hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf. Jan en Caroline
This time we have stayed a midweek in De Meidoorn, this was the second time in the Balummerhof. Great house, fully equipped. Good base for all kinds of cycling and walking tours. Sonja and Tjalling are very friendly and helpful. An hour before we would return to the boat, our car battery turned out empty. Tjalling caused a spark so that we reached the boat on time, great! Thanks for the quick service, we again enjoyed our stay. Jan and Caroline
