L	Lavinia Trandafir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible terrible experience! Left my bike with a flat tyre at 11 in the morning, with a person whom with i had a bad experience before. The shop was empty, no bikes in line for repairing..at 4 i went to pick it up as no one had called and no had picked up the phone when i tried calling..my bike was in the same place, untouched. I asked the person when would it be ready since after 5 hours no one had time to look at it. He monosilabically (and not because of the English skills!) told me to wait for their call, it will be ready when it will be ready. asked again how long would it take though and that it would have helped to make my plans if i had known from the beginning that this was the turnaround. he replied to wait for someone to call, it might be tomorrow or later, turned his back and left. Rarely have i felt so insulted and helpless when interacting with a service provider. He happily confirmed he had wasted my time and invited me to go some place else. All these with my kid watching. He messed precious time with my child and he had managed to mess one precious vacation day for a kid. Terrible experience, especially we were long time returning customers.
R	Richard Barron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 bikes from here in the last 4 months, From the outset the staff seemed friendly and conscious ,but both bikes since have had problems with the gears and bike chain and I'm being charged for repairs on both!!!!!!! I was told because I only bought the bikes for €90 and €75 that they came with no warranty but had I bought a more expensive one of €200 it would be serviceable!!! ! I fully understand that they have to make a living and these things can happen but it's obvious that what they are selling is a problem waiting to happen, my advice SHOP ELSEWHERE! furthermore the shopkeeper in question was accusing me of anti social behavior simply because I didn't agree to his terms , I'd state he's the only one with an anti social problem, all the same good luck to him in life.... He'll need it!

Stopped working so l went back. And with a payment of 50 euros l have a other bike.and can try it for 2 weeks thank you. Fiets hokje beverwijk. Wow. L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, very poor service and bad communication. Bought a bike (with 2 months warranty) at the Houtplein shop in Haarlem a little more than 2 weeks ago. After calling them, they advised me to bring in the bike, so I did. The repairs needed were: broken stop light, broken handle bar, loose pedal and speeds fine tuning. Two weeks, 2 trips and several calls later, the bike still not fixed. What is worse is that all I am told is “everything will be all right, we will call you”. But the staff at the shop can’t answer a simple question: when will the bike be ready? That should be a straight forward answer. Such a poor service experience, bad communication (every call I am told they have no time as they have customers in the shop) and a waste of my time/money. Now I am getting to a point where I just want my money back and not to have to deal with them anymore! At this moment I would not recommend to buy from them to anybody.
G	Gary Hymes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice shop. Huge bike selection. They also post on Markplaats which is nice. Prompt replies on my questions and the are in a prime location. Seems like an elite bike shop. I’m not sure if their prices are in line but they seem fair to me. If I didn’t already have four bikes I probably would have bought the one I was interested in which brought me in there all the way from Amsterdam.
