I've asked them for help for choosing the headset, because it's cannondale, so they have their own standards and they are selling their bikes. I was told I'm gonna be called when they find a proper headset. 3 days later, no call, no email, I've checked the internet by myself and ordered it. Finally I've got all parts so I called them again and asked when I can come and replace it. The answer was: in 13 days time. A little bit long to wait for a task that skillfull serviceman can do in 30min if you ask me. Seems like professionals, but maybe they should hire more people for the service and take more care about the orders.
A	Alfonso Pérez Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not go back. My experience was not good for two reasons. The first is that they sold me a bike that was not my size. It is a kona rove/gravel bike. At that time I had no experience to know that they should asked me about my height and my leg lenght in order to find the correct size. They looked at me and by eye decided that my bike size was a 51cm one. However, this is small for me, it should be a 54cm one. It is not a huge difference but I feel it, specially when I had tried a 54cm one. The second reason why I am not happy is because the bike has a problem in the design. One of the brake cables scraped the frame and, in only 1 month it had removed the painting, so you could see the metal. When I realized of that, only one month after, I brough the bike to the shop. They just found excuses to avoid fixing it, and after bringing the bike two times they only gave me some transparent sticks and a small bottle with paint for me to paint it myself. Good professionals are shown when there are difficulties, when everything goes well, anyone is a good professional. So I think they are not good professionals, I will not go back.

I moved to the Netherlands let 2019 and it was clear to me I am going to need a bike (okay, bikes!) and get rid of my car. Since then we bought four bikes here and the service as we’ll know-how is always accurate and excellent! My latest one was about finding the ultimate road bike for my needs. Coming from climbing steep mountains in Bavaria Germany, I had to re-think from scratch and ended up with an Aero-Bike with deeeeep section wheels. Excellent, exactly the right choice for riding Noord-Holland and the area around this was one of the best consulting’s I ever had ?? Overall, great to finally have found some great folks here who are always happy to help and support! Keep doing, will be back! ?
G	Gary Hymes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top-tier location and fietsenwinkel (bike store) in Haarlem. They are on both sides of the street! Seems like the sales is on one side and service is on the other. Next to my favorite wijnhuis in Haarlem (and one of my favorite in The Netherlands). This is a BIG store and they have some great products. I live in Amsterdam near another big bike store, but the prices seem higher there in Haarlem than Amsterdam - which is a surprise. But they seem very friendly and helpful guys who work there. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the market for a new bike or to have yours serviced.
