W	Wouter Reith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met de restaurantweken hebben we hier het 8 gangen menu gegeten. Stuk voor stuk kregen we mooie, smaakvolle gerechtjes. De bediening is gastvrij, vriendelijk, belangstellend en kundig. Bij het menu hadden we ook een mooi bijpassend wijnarrangement met (halve) glazen. 't Ganzenest is misschien niet het goedkoopste restaurant maar dat zie je dan ook terug in de prachtige, smakelijke gerechten, bijpassende wijnen en gastvrij en kundig personeel. Kortom een aanrader! During the restaurant weeks we ate the 8 course menu here. Each and every one of us got beautiful, tasteful dishes. The service is welcoming, friendly, interested and knowledgeable. With the menu we also had a nice matching wine arrangement with (half) glasses. 't Ganzenest may not be the cheapest restaurant, but that is reflected in the beautiful, tasty dishes, matching wines and hospitable and knowledgeable staff. In short, a must!
m	myra manintveld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad bij 't Ganzenest. In het zonnetje op het terras genoten van lekkere 'table bites'. We hadden een mooie kamer met eigen terras. Het diner op de kamer was fantastisch, van smaakexplosies tot verfijnde combinaties, mooi vormgeven gerechtjes. Magnolia ijs met champagne sabayon was voortreffelijk. Vriendelijk personeel en het ontbijt was meer dan compleet met een zacht en luchtig eitje met parmezaan en truffel. Bijzonder was ook de buikspek met hoisin. Ik kan 't Ganzenest echt aanraden. What a wonderful time we had at 't Ganzenest. Enjoyed tasty 'table bites' in the sun on the terrace. We had a nice room with its own terrace. Dinner in the room was fantastic, from flavor explosions to refined combinations, beautifully designed dishes. Magnolia ice cream with champagne sabayon was exquisite. Friendly staff and the breakfast was more than complete with a soft and fluffy egg with parmesan and truffle. Also special was the pork belly with hoisin. I can really recommend 't Ganzenest.
M	Martijn Holland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bezoek aan ‘t Ganzenest is geen etentje maar een beleving! Bij binnenkomst een zeer hartelijk ontvangst. De inrichting van het restaurant is zeer sfeervol. Een plek waar je jezelf fijn voelt in zowel een goed pak alsmede in een casual outfit. Over de aanwezige gastheren tijdens mijn bezoek kan ik niets anders zeggen dan dat zij het vakmanschap tot in de kneepjes beheersen. Het is hen er echt aan gelegen je een top beleving te bezorgen. In verband met weer de auto in moeten stappen werd mij gevraagd of zij een alcohol vrije drank mochten bereiden. Dit werd een gin welke doorgestookt was tot er geen alcohol meer in zat. Gecombineerd met tonic water en komkommer was dit voor nu de beste alcoholvrije consumptie die ik ooit heb mogen drinken. De gerechten waren stuk voor stuk gewoonweg grandioos. Ik zou daar enkele alinea’s aan kunnen spenderen maar laat ik het als volgt samenvatten. De balans tussen verfijndheid, prachtige complimenterende smaken en de presentatie is een lust voor zowel het oog als je smaakpapillen. Ik kan een ieder aanraden hier ook een lunch of diner te beleven. Doe dit vooral ook niet zakelijk maar met familie of partner. De herinnering zal je bijblijven. A visit to 't Ganzenest is not a meal but an experience! A very warm welcome upon arrival. The decor of the restaurant is very attractive. A place where you feel comfortable in a good suit as well as in a casual outfit. I can say nothing more about the hosts present during my visit than that they master the craftsmanship down to the smallest detail. They really want to give you a great experience. In connection with having to get back into the car, I was asked if they could prepare an alcohol-free drink. This became a gin which was distilled until there was no alcohol left in it. Combined with tonic water and cucumber, this was the best non-alcoholic drink I've ever had for now. The dishes were all simply magnificent. I could spend a few paragraphs on that but let me sum it up like this. The balance between sophistication, beautifully complimenting flavors and presentation is a feast for the eyes as well as your taste buds. I can recommend everyone to have lunch or dinner here. Don't do this for business, but with family or partner. The memory will stay with you.
