★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a T-Mobile customer for about a decade, and have seen a lot of change in this store. Lately however, the quality of the personnel seems to have taken a steep nosedive. I have been met with a snooty, uninterested sales person several times, had them provide me with misinformation and false facts, and on one occasion they 'forgot' to give me one of the products I had bought.

I asked to buy a smartphone with a discount that I am entitled to, but they replied that I am not entitled because I do not have Dutch documents. I visited the store after 5 months and asked the price of a Smartphone without discount and I said that I will pay the full amount. The clerk said a price, and I replied that I will buy it. He told me to wait for a while, because he wanted to inform his manager (i can't understand why...), but when he come back he told me that I have to renew my subscription to be valid the price that he said. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous ...
