Even with a Telfort TV home subscription and 50% downpayment for a new mobile phone with a 2 year subscription they send you before to the Gemeente, not trusting their own customers that they already have in house. Great way to lose clients KPN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several times, staff did not rectify the problem and then told me to send mobile back to manufacturer at my cost. Will no longer have anything from this company because also their charges for 3 in 1 are SO expensive
