They 'punished' me by cancelling my order because I left a review on Google with a one word: unhelpful. That was because when I first went to pick up my order they couldn't figure a way to take my legitimate Dutch identity card into their system!
Seriously though.. what a bad reputation to T-Mobile to hire such personnel!
Spare yourself and order online or go to a different shop!
