β β β β β On or about the middle of 2019 I visited with all relevant paperwork and ID. I was told I could not have a contract without a Dutch passport which to me is disriminatory. I then went to the Vodafone down the road straight after and got a contract straight away without issue.

β β β β β When you go there with a problem, you can be blamed because of the constant disconnection problem.. The guy said I cannot do anything besides selling phone and he clearly highlighted that he is only there for sale. There is another T-Mobile close by. Go there instead of facing this unprofessional person.

β β β β β I had a very nice experience last week buying a new SIM and Phone. Dear Can, the great agent at the time helpt me a lot, he was very friendly, patient and helpful. Finally I had a very great purchase for an IPhone and a T mobile subscription.

β β β β β Fady puts the great in great customer service. Not just super helpful in terms of knowing which service to get, he even made us as list of tips for Amsterdam because we just moved here. He made us feel that we could really count on him and T-Mobile if we had any issues, which just makes you feel more confident in the choice you're making imo.
