Na 1 jaar onderhoud laten doen met dien gevolgen dat de kachel niet meer wilde branden. Firma kwam een paar maanden later de kachel opnieuw instaleren ,maar er moest wel iets ongedaan gemaakt worden volgens de monteur .Maar dat zou later wel weer opnieuw ingeschakeld worden kon even duren . Na een paar maanden een brief met de mededeling dat ze geen onderhoud meer zouden doen in noord holland van wegen de gestegen kosten. Heen en weer appen zonder resultaat. Slecht bedrijf die zijn afspraken niet nakomt .Tevens het onderhoud contract eenzijdig opzegt.schandalig en onbeschoft I am absolutely not happy with the way things are going . Bought a pallet heater 2 years ago. After 1 year of maintenance, with the consequence that the stove no longer wanted to burn. The company came a few months later to reinstall the heater, but something had to be undone, according to the mechanic. But that would be switched on again later, could take a while. After a few months a letter with the announcement that they would no longer do maintenance in North Holland because of the increased costs. Back and forth to no avail. Bad company that does not fulfill its agreements. Also cancels the maintenance contract unilaterally. Scandalous and rude

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de installatie en ook over de kachel die het uitstekend doet. Bought a wood-burning stove through 't Stokertje, a Barbas 52. Skilled men laid the flue. Ook geen rond raam zoals hoort is plat raam in geknutseld. Ook lucht inlaten werkte niet. Binnen werk niet meer te krijgen. Kom maar langs e.mailen ze. Verf laat los. Enz. Weg € 1500.00 . En werd niet gelooft. Over de punten die de kachel mankeerde. Not a good thing done. Bought HEATER Jotul f 350. The heater was later found to have been damaged. Found out after a few months. Also no round window, as it should be, a flat window has been tinkered in. Also air intake did not work. Can't get inside work anymore. Just drop by and email them. Paint let go. etc. Road € 1500.00 . And was not believed. About the points that the stove was missing.
E	Esther Pol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drie weken geleden werd bij ons ónze houtkachel geplaatst. En wat genieten we er van!! De kachel hadden we via internet besteld maar voldoet aan al onze wensen. De installateur was erg vakbekwaam, kwam met een goede oplossing voor de aansluiting naar het oude rookkanaal en heeft het ook nog voor ons geveegd, het was al een aantal jaren niet gebruikt nml. Werkte ook keurig en heeft alles netjes aangeveegd voor vertrek. Wat is de kachel aanwinst in onze woonkamer! Our wood-burning stove was installed three weeks ago. And how we enjoy it!! We had ordered the stove online, but it meets all our needs. The installer was very skilled, came up with a good solution for the connection to the old flue and also swept it for us, it had not been used for a number of years. Also worked neatly and has everything neatly swept before departure. What an asset to our living room!
