My brother-in-law was not served because he is Turkish. Absolutely incomprehensible. Something like that has a place in Germany (and nowhere else) !!!

Betreiber Marc Budde ist ein herzensguter Mensch. Ich empfehle ohnehin die Filiale in Löhberg 4, da es dort eine deutlich größere Auswahl gibt. Can't understand the reviews of the predecessors in any way. Super nice, super sorted, super patient and top knowledge! Operator Marc Budde is a kind hearted person. I recommend the branch in Löhberg 4 anyway, as there is a much larger selection there.

Gerade in der heutigen Zeit ist so ein Verhalten beschämend und sollte Konsequenzen tragen, Traurig! My closest friend was not served because of his immigrant background and was expelled from the store. Especially in this day and age, such behavior is shameful and should have consequences, sad!

Unverschämtheit, dass solche läden heitzutage noch auf haben dürfen. Incredibly racist staff. We didn't serve my brother and me due to our migration background and threw me out of the store. Insolence that such shops are still open today.
S	Silvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel... kam um 18:14 in den Laden und fragte höflich nach einer Zigarre und wurde direkt rausgeschmissen, mit der Begründung "Für dich gibt es keine Zigarre"... Mehr muss man dazu nicht sagen, also, falls hier jemand einen Migrationshintergrund besitzt (siehe einige Vorredner mit ausländischen Namen), besser nicht dahin, ihr bekommt nichts. Willkommen im 21. Jahrhundert :) One star is even too many ... came into the shop at 6:14 pm and asked politely for a cigar and was thrown out straight away, with the explanation "There is no cigar for you" ... You don't have to say more about that, well If someone here has a migration background (see some previous speakers with foreign names), better not go there, you won't get anything. Welcome to the 21st century :)

Sich nicht benehmen können und dann Rassismus vorwerfen. Very nice shop and friendly service. Unfortunately, a few troublemakers have given incorrect ratings here. Cannot behave and then accuse racism.
y	yaar tralla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde dieses Personal eine unverschämtheit. Leute werden wegen eines Migrationshintergrund einfach aus dem Laden geschmissen. Ich dachte wir hätten das ganze schon hinter uns gelassen und jeder wird gleich behandelt aber der Laden lebt noch im alten Mustern. Solche Läden sollte die Lizenz entworben werden. I think this staff is outrageous. People are simply thrown out of the store because of a migration background. I thought we had already left the whole thing behind us and everyone is treated the same but the shop still lives in the old pattern. Such shops should be licensed.
M	Marcel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Geschäftsinhaber ist großkotzig, unhöflich und wirft mit gefährlichem halbwissen um sich. Ich durfte als Habanos Experte und Habanos Sommelier nicht in seinen Walk-In Humidor hinein um mir meine Zigarren beim "bummeln" selber raus zu suchen. Stattdessen sollte ich ihm sagen was ich suche (wobei ich mich nach der aktuellen Auslage orienieten wollte...) damit er mir dann antwortet "haben wir nicht" oder "habe ich zwar, verkaufe ich dir aber nicht". Fazit: Ein mal da gewesen, nichts gekauft und nie wieder dort hin! The business owner is cocky, rude and throws dangerous half-knowledge around. As a Habanos expert and Habanos sommelier, I was not allowed into his walk-in humidor to look for my cigars myself while "strolling". Instead, I should tell him what I'm looking for (whereby I wanted to orientate myself according to the current display ...) so that he then answers "we don't have" or "I have, but I won't sell you". Conclusion: been there once, bought nothing and never go there again!
