★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite pickup place for parcels cause they are open till 22h and have DPD, UPS and in the superette nextdoor PostNL. Very friendly and helpful people behind the counter, especially in the evenings. Full small store with postcards, boxes with all kinds of candy, a wide variety of sigarettes and tobacco on wall display.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actively declines your DHL packages and will be very vague about it.. after calling DHL they told me the owner declined it. Weird and unnecessary waste of time (why be a DHL pick up point?!). Recommend to use other pick up points in the street, Toko behind this one or H-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning i got a text from the DHL delivery guy that my package had been delivered to the shop. When i arrived, I was told that no such thing had happend and that no one had delivered anything and to come back later. When i contacted the delivery driver that my package wasnt there he insisted and i went back, saying that i knew packages were delivered. Again i was denied, untill i started saying i knew that 4 packages were delivered, 1 of them mine, then suddenly they knew that someone had delivered already. Super shady shop, i would avoid getting your packages delivered there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A general slovenly attitude and approach to the most basic European businesses practices. Opening and closing hours are random and at owners discretion. I'm sure it's fine as a corner shop for buying tobacco or a popsicle, but If you use it as a package drop and don't want your planned day ruined, plan in your visit at the end of the day, or avoid all together.
