★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a small store for sending and receiving postal packages, as well as for convenience articles in the neighbourhood is such a big plus! Friendly staff and lush tobacco smell inside (with the benefit of not inhaling the toxic fumes). Hope it will stay around for years to come.

Asked them to do me a favour and receive a package and I'd gladly pay, as I cannot receive it at home. It was a very important and expensive package, and they said they had no problem. After having confirmation of delivery from all sources, they kept saying they gave it back, even with a signature of delivered item and name of the receiver! Since then, they have behaved absoultely rudely and not giving a human response in any way, despite me being absoultely polite to these people. I suspect they either kept the package or threw it away, as they turn their face in embarassment when I try to contact them.
Bring your money somewhere else, where they deserve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man is not welcoming. He talk very strange and bad to strangers, have no patient. He serves the white people first before attending to non speaking Dutch people.
1 star is even too much I give him 0 star....
He does not help even when you ask him to He will use words as zoek het maar uit and more bad words.he hate dark skin .
It's the worst western union point in utrecht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to pickup a package and the lady behind the counter was rude and not at all helpful in letting me know where my package was, even though I just received an email from the delivery company (dpd) that my package is at the store.
She would not even let me show her the email confirmation, nor ask any further questions and kept bluntly interrumpting me by repeating "nee, dpd is finished".
I would highly suggest being kinder and more patient with your costumers. Even if the parcel is not at the store, you could politely explain to costumers that you did not receive the package (or that you handed it back to the delivery driver) and direct them into contacting the delivery service directly.
Kindness is free to give but priceless to receive. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store.
