★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Vivant The Plantage again. I am a regular customer and always receive excellent customer service. Just today I was very stressed, because DHL Parcel blocked all private cheap shipments to America and I had to send it for the first time with UPS and also it was the first time in my life I had to send a parcel using various customs forms, etc. I did not know where to put all the forms, so I asked the owner (Man with the grey hair, glasses and beautiful eyes) to help me. He patiently explained to me the procedure and told me what forms to sign and where I could buy those plastic customs covers. I did not know that you could buy those from UPS online. The owners are two wonderful people and they have helped me numerous times when something went wrong with my shipments. Yes they take their time with every customer, for those who do not understand, it's called: Customer Service!
I for one am also very happy that they adhere to strict Covid-19 guidelines , because I lost my mom some time ago due to a rare virus and there was no medication or anything to help her. She died in a lot of pain so it comforts me to know that at least Vivant The Plantage cares for others and their own wellbeing!
As for all those nasty reviews, I honestly feel that these are from people who hate that they have to follow the strict Covid-19 guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an unpleasant experience! A lady wearing glasses seems to have a tough day and wants to dump her “trash” on you to ruin your day as well, acting super unfriendly and aggressive. First time and definitely last time to come here.
In response to your feedback.
I came with an open envelop and looked for a package before my shipment, unfortunately you don’t have it in the store. As a solution, you offered a teeny piece of tape that doesn’t even cover the opening. When I asked for more, you simply replied “ you are supposed to do it at home” while actually you wouldn’t let me leave the store because you have scanned the code and also don’t agree to hold on my letter until I get package somewhere else. In the end I have to buy tape at store and wrapped the letter there.
A perfect example how customer service ruins your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shocked how rude the man at the shop was to me. I ordered a packet on my dog's name and this was a reason for the guy to scream at me, and tell me that I am committing a fraud and will need to call the police.
This guy definitely needs therapy and some training on how to talk to customers.
