★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Thuisbezorgd besteld en helaas was de bestelling niet compleet! Letterlijk 15 keer gebeld maar filiaal Haarlem had de telefoon uit staan. Wat moet je dan?
Uit eindelijk meerdere filialen gesproken in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, niemand kon iets voor ons betekenen. Wat gaat we dan mis bij zo’n groot bedrijf???
Vervolgens besloten om zelf naar het filiaal te fietsen (waarom zou je ook laten bezorgen..) Daar was het personeel erg onvriendelijk. We kregen de missende producten, een simpel excuus kon er echter niet van af. Begreep dat de manager 2 weken op vakantie was. Zo blijkt maar weer dat ze zonder niet kunnen. Jammer zo jammer.
 Ordered via Thuisbezorgd and unfortunately the order was not complete! Literally called 15 times but the Haarlem branch had the phone off. Then what should you do?
Finally speaking to several branches in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, nobody could do anything for us. What can we go wrong with such a large company???
Then decided to cycle to the branch myself (why would you also have delivery ..) The staff there was very unfriendly. We got the missing products, but a simple excuse couldn't get rid of it. Understood that the manager was on vacation for 2 weeks. It just goes to show that they can't do without it. Sorry so sorry.
